During our growth phase, Match My Move is currently offered FREE of charge to estate agents while we build a significant database of property buyers in each area. This free access period allows agents to:
Once we have established a substantial buyer database in your area, the service will transition to a paid subscription model at a cost of £100 per month plus VAT. We will provide reasonable advance notice (minimum 30 days) before:
At that time, you may choose to continue with a paid subscription at £100+VAT per month or discontinue use of the service. Until then, enjoy full access at no cost.
When subscription fees are introduced, payments will be processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscription fees will be charged monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may discontinue use of the service at any time during the free period. Once paid subscriptions are introduced, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
The platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Match My Move and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
Match My Move® is a registered trademark of Etel Living Ltd. The Match My Move name, logo, and associated branding are protected under UK trademark law.
Unauthorised use of the Match My Move® trademark, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of the trademark without prior written consent from Etel Living Ltd, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Any permitted use of the Match My Move® trademark must be in accordance with our brand guidelines and with express written permission.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, estate agents grant Match My Move a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their agency logo, brand name, and related branding materials for the following purposes:

Agents retain full ownership of their logos and trademarks. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to Match My Move. Agents warrant that they have the legal right to grant this license and that the use of their logos will not infringe upon any third-party rights.
While active on the platform, logo usage is required to participate. Upon account termination or service discontinuation, agents may request removal of their logos from future marketing materials by contacting our support team. Historical materials may retain logos where removal is not reasonably feasible.
