Match My Move is designed to solve these problems by creating an intelligent platform that connects serious buyers with proactive estate agents, making the property search process more efficient and successful for everyone involved.
How does the service connect buyers and agents?
Home buyers set their location, budget, bedrooms and specific requirements once, rather than calling every agent. Agents can enter a property's details when a seller calls for a valuation and view buyers whose searches match.
Buyer profiles are graded on activity and profile completeness to help agents prioritise their contact. Agents contact matching buyers directly, often before the property goes online.
Match My Move is always free for home buyers. Estate agents have free access during the growth phase. After that, pricing will be £100 + VAT per month, with at least 30 days notice before any charges begin.
